Training analytics for athletes and coaches

See the work.Plan the next one.

Train Arc turns every ride, run, and swim into fitness, fatigue, and form you can act on, and gives your coach the same picture.

  • FilesFIT · TCX · GPX
  • SyncStrava · Garmin · WHOOP
Example Train Arc dashboard. Fitness 63, fatigue 72, form −9. Yesterday's threshold ride scored 91 TSS with most of its time in zone 4. Today's plan is a 1:45:00 endurance ride.

What you get

Every session, accounted for

Train Arc reads each workout once and keeps everything that follows from it in step: your load, zones, records, recovery, and the plan for the week.

Load & form

Fitness, fatigue, and form from every session

Every workout's TSS, or heart-rate TRIMP when there's no power meter, feeds a 42-day fitness and a 7-day fatigue average. Form is the gap. Train Arc also compares your last 7 days of load with the 21 before, and tracks monotony and strain.

Recovery

Readiness, with its reasons

A daily readiness call from your training load, sharpened by WHOOP or Garmin HRV, sleep, and resting heart rate when you connect them.

Zones & records

Your zones, your records

Heart-rate and power zones come from your own thresholds. Mean-max power curves and personal records update with every upload.

Planning

Plan the week, then check it

Put structured workouts on your calendar. When a session arrives, Train Arc matches it to the plan and shows how closely it followed.

Analyzer

Compare up to 20 recordings

Overlay power, heart rate, and speed from different devices on one aligned timeline and see which sensor to trust.

Sync & files

Your files, kept whole

Connect Strava, Garmin, or WHOOP, or upload FIT, TCX, and GPX files. Train Arc keeps every original, spots duplicate recordings of the same workout, and lets you download your files any time.

Arc · AI coach

Ask about your training.

Arc is the AI coach: a chat that reads your workouts, trends, plans, and goals before it answers, so the reply is about your week, in plain words.

  • Every answer shows which of your data Arc checked
  • Coaches get calendar previews that change nothing until they apply them
  • Use Train Arc from ChatGPT with the Train Arc connector: it reads with the access you grant and adds planned workouts only if you allow it

In ChatGPT, with the Train Arc connector

“Add a 45-minute recovery spin to my Train Arc calendar on Monday.”

Added to Train Arc · Mon · Recovery spin · 0:45

Example conversation with Arc, the AI coach. Asked how the week is going, Arc checks the load trend, readiness, and calendar, then answers with the athlete's fitness, recent load change, and form, and suggests keeping today's ride easy.

Athletes and coaches

One account. Two ways to work.

Train on your own, coach a roster, or both. Each mode puts its own tools first, and one rule holds in both: athletes decide what a coach can see.

Athlete mode

Your training, read clearly

Everything you record in one place: load, zones, records, recovery, and the plan for the week.

  • Fitness, fatigue, and form after every session
  • Readiness from your load and connected recovery data
  • Share with a coach, or keep it to yourself

Coach mode

Your roster, with consent

Invite athletes to your workspace and work from what each one chooses to share.

  • Athletes pick what you see and can revoke it any time
  • Review the roster's load, readiness, and plan compliance
  • Plan athlete calendars from a reusable workout library

How it works

From first file to next session

Setup takes one upload or one connection. After that, every new session updates the picture.

  1. Step 1: Bring your history

Upload FIT, TCX, or GPX files, or connect Strava, Garmin, or WHOOP and new sessions arrive on their own. Your original files stay downloadable.

  2. Step 2: Set your thresholds

Your FTP, threshold heart rate, and pace set your zones and the load of every session. Change them and Train Arc recalculates.

  3. Step 3: Read the trend, plan the week

Check fitness, fatigue, and form before a hard day, put the next sessions on your calendar, and ask Coach when you want a second opinion.
